On this episode i had the pleasure of interviewing Nour Zibdeh, a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist who helps women lose weight, overcome thyroid and digestive conditions, and eliminate food sensitivities, migraines, headaches, and chronic fatigue. She has a practice in Virginia and offers individual coaching programs online.
